My name is Rosanna Spiers Cordova and I would like to welcome you to the world of Suspiros by Spiers specialising in fine artisan Peruvian patisserie.

Born in Peru, I made Australia my home where I raised a family and have enjoyed a very successful corporate career in IT.  I love the wonderful world of creating sweets and I am blessed with the opportunity to follow my heart and my passion.

The Peruvian gastronomy is today widely recognised as one of the best in the world.  Inspired by this rich heritage, Suspiros by Spiers specialises in a range of exquisite traditional and contemporary desserts, pastries and cakes handcrafted with the finest natural ingredients. 

Our signature dessert is the crown jewel of the Peruvian desserts, "Suspiro de Limeña".
